Come to the Family Dance on January 24th! Along with the dancing, there will be kid chess and art activities! Sign up with the link below: 

Parents are invited to attend the PAC (Principal Advisory Committee) virtual meeting on January 22 at 7 PM. 

PAC serves as a platform for fostering connections between the community, parents, and the school on key topics such as academics, facilities, and staffing. Parent representatives collaborate with teachers and the principal to improve the school. This is an excellent opportunity to listen in and share any ideas or concerns you’d like to discuss. We look forward to your participation!

Recognize any items? Take a look at the lost and found before it’s donated at the end of January. There are clothes, including pullovers and coats in sizes 5T, 7-8, 10-14, and L-XL.

It’s time for our 9th Annual Brick Film Festival. Films are due by Sunday, January 26 at midnight and will be shown on January 28 on International Lego Day. 

This year’s theme is “ON LOCATION : GEORGIA”. 

Why Stop Motion? This format is a powerful tool for STEM skills. Planning, directing, and producing a film requires knowledge of physics and motion, problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, collaboration and communication, technology proficiency, and even coding/programming.

There are two sign-ups - one for fall and one for spring.  Reservations are $25 a day, and it's recommended to reserve for 2 days when possible to allow time for the base coat to dry.  Please be sure to submit payment after reserving your spot and thanks for supporting OGE's The Beat and outdoor learning projects!
