Geology AND Curating ROCKS!

Have you seen our latest Mini-Museum exhibit?  Student Peter S. shared his rock collection along with the tools and resources he uses during his collecting process.  When students curate an exhibit of something they collect, they need to organize information, tell a story, and convey important points. These are great skills for our 21st century world where effective learners are constructors and curators of knowledge, not just consumers.  Thank you Peter for sharing your geology knowledge and for providing our students with an interesting exhibit in the OGE Mini-Museum.  Learn more at https://www.ogestem.com/minimuseum.

Thank you for a successful career day!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of the career day participants for the outstanding presentations given to our students on Friday, February 28, 2025. Your professionalism, interactive activities, and engaging sessions made a significant impact on their learning experience.

The students were truly inspired by the valuable insights you shared about your profession. Your dedication to providing them with practical knowledge and real-world examples will undoubtedly shape their future academic and career choices.

Once again, thank you for your time, effort, and the positive energy you brought to our career day event.

Best regards,

Tracey and Katherine
