šŸ“Œ The role includes TWO MAIN TASKS:
1ļøāƒ£ MANAGING the PTA BUDGET and FINANCIAL RECORDS
2ļøāƒ£ PROCESSING REIMBURSEMENTS by check

šŸ’” We use Quickbooks to simplify the job ā€” NO NEED to attend in person, and the work can be done REMOTELY!

We NEED someone to take charge of the budget ā€” without it, we CANā€™T fund the things that make OGE SUPPORTIVE, FUN, and EXTRA SPECIAL. The PTA budget (JULYā€“JUNE) supports TEACHER START-UP FUNDS, FACULTY APPRECIATION, SCHOOL SUPPORT, ACADEMIC PROJECTS, SOCIAL EVENTS, and MORE.

OGF's 3rd Annual Trivia Night and Silent Auction!

The Oak Grove Foundation's Third Annual Trivia Night and Silent AuctionĀ is April 26th from 7-10pm at Briarcliff Woods Beach Club.Ā 


Tickets are officially sold out! Thanks so much to everyone who bought their tickets so quickly! Even if you didn't get tickets, you're still able to participate in the silent auction online - we'll be sure to announce when it goes live! Stay tuned!Ā
