🍂 Oak Grove Elementary Fall Fest

Friday, November 6, 2026 | 2:30–4:15 PM

Join us for an afternoon of games, fun, and prizes at the OGE Fall Festival, hosted by the Fifth Grade Class of 2027!

🎟️ Wristbands & Admission

Cost: $12 per wristband purchased online through Membership Toolkit by November 2. Wristbands will also be available at the event for $15 (cash or card).
Delivery: Pre-purchased wristbands will be delivered to students on the day of the festival.
Included: Each wristband covers all booths and games, plus two concession items.
Fifth Grade Students: Do not need a wristband, as they will be working the event.
Non-OGE Guests: When purchasing for a child who does not attend OGE, please enter the homeroom of an OGE student attending the festival.
Admission: Every participating child must have a wristband. This is not a drop-off event. Each child must be accompanied and supervised by a designated adult.

🕑 Dismissal Information

Parents should meet their children at the designated pickup locations. Students not attending Fall Fest will follow regular dismissal procedures.

Please update School Dismissal Manager with any changes.

⚠️ Important: Students not picked up by an adult by 2:55 PM will be sent to the after-school program. A $15 drop-in fee applies, plus a $25 registration fee for students not previously registered.

🚻 Restrooms

Restrooms will be available only on the 3rd grade hall, accessible through the cafeteria entrance.

🚗 Parking

Please park at Oak Grove United Methodist Church and walk to the school. Be considerate of our neighbors and do not park at OGE or along Oak Grove Road.
